SUMMARY OF ANNUAL MEETING ON 6/13/04

Enclosed you will find the meeting agenda and attachments. 

The following resolutions were carried:

Annual membership dues will remain at $25 per household. Renewals are  now due and should be made out to SAVI and mailed to PO BOX 589, Sagaponack, NY 11962-0589 please enclose your current contact information by filling out and returning the form below.

The slate of officers shown in the agenda was unanimously re-elected.

Patrick Guarino provided an update on the Sagaponack incorporation effort, the status of Dunehampton and its reincarnation as Southampton Beach.  This is summarized on our web-site. Note that we have a separate bank account to receive contributions for our legal fees associated with this struggle to preserve our community. Contributions for this purpose should be made out to SAVI II and mailed to the above post office box.
